Paintball Scopes

Many paintballers don’t realize that using a scope in paintball can be one of the best tactical advantages a player can have…it’s not just for airsoft guns!  Generally, scopes for paintball markers will be for sniper rifles with some range.  Since most pellet guns have pretty far range, a scope could make sense for any number of guns.  For paintball markers, however, it’s not worth the money and effort unless you’re sporting a proper rifle.  The question is, what kind of scope should you buy?

Some of our favorites are:

The AIM Sports Alpha 6 Riflescope:  It’s got an aluminum tube which is light and durable.  At close to $180, however, it’s not cheap so, again, not for the weekend-warrior type.A small, compact design makes the scope sleek and light, weighing in at just over one pound. Crafted from high-durability aluminum alloy and paired with an anodize-finish, and sealed to protect it from the elements.

For a budget option, the CVLIFE Hunting Rifle Scope 6-24×50 is only $40 and packs a mighty punch.  It’s got magnification up to 24x, field of view at 100 yards and is easy to install and zero.  CVLIFE’s Fully-Multi coated lenses can deliver an amazing 95 percent light transmission across 300 percent more of the visual light spectrum for a high-contrast and color accurate picture, ensuring that the picture stays visible by keeping fog, rain and dirt off the lenses so you never miss a moment.

For an even more budget option, the CVLIFE 3-9×40 / 3-9×40 AO Optics R4 Reticle Crosshair Scope with 20mm Free Mounts is a sure bet…at $30, it’s a no-brainer.

Like real-life guns, paintball scopes are no different…which means they can be very complex to zero (i.e. calibrate).  Keep this in mind when you think about outfitting your marker for a scope in the field.  You’d better have the gun to justify the scope.  But if you do…then you can take MVP every game.
